Available varieties

We're always working on something. Most of the time, we're focused on getting results for our harvests. But every so often we get the chance to experiment with new ideas of cultivation and varieties. Including Shitake, Oyster, Wine cap, and Morels.

Oyster Mushrooms

We have several selected Oyster varieties we are growing well in our woods. Stay tuned for more colors. Pink-Yellow- Grey- White- Blue.

Morels

Finding the "Silver Lining' in the 2022 Fires that ravaged our forests. We planted Morels to capture the freshly burned landscapes. In which they thrive! Contact us for availability of these rare mushrooms.

Wine Cap

We've thrown down some  straw, nature watered it, and Wine Cap mushrooms spring up everywhere now. Enjoy in the bounty of our woods.
